  Amano Homes are a terrible company to build your home. I have wasted thousands of dollars and nearly one year of my time with them to achieve zero results. Complete waste of time and lost my life time of savings. No one knows what they are doing. Sales person was an ex-car sales man. General manager had very little building knowledge coming from a pre start back ground. I had given them council approved plans and paid them a huge deposit as PPA. After nine months they had not completed working drawings and said the building price has doubled from the original quote. These guys will play with your life savings. Please stay away.
